Reservations must be confirmed by clients either by a credit card number including expiry date or 30% deposit, except for short stays and by reception by the guest of a reservation confirmation. The hotel reserves the right to refuse a reservation in the condition that the credit card details are invalid or should the reservation be incomplete.

All modifications and cancellations of reservations must be sent in writing to the Hotel Pelvoux.
In case of cancellation or change to reservation less than 31 days of arrival the establishment reserves the right of payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
In case of cancellation of modification last minute and no show the hotel will deduct the total amount.
Shortened holidays will not be refunded.

For all changes to reservations already made, cancellation, postponement. An administration fee of € 80 will be charged.

Covid 19 : Cancellation Policy

• Refund of your deposit, less administrative fee (80€) in case of :
  • containment / travel restrictions / month-long or fortnight-long quarantine imposed in your town or country of origin or in the Les Menuires resort
  • COVID-19 contamination of one of the participants in the stay (cancellation possible in this case until the day before your arrival, on a prorata basis, and subject to justification with medical certificate or positive test)

• Exclusions : Any request of refund where the grounds were known at the time of booking (confinement, closed borders, quarantine already in force in the country of origin, etc.) will be refused.

Cancelation must be confirmed by email to our services latest 8 days before your arrival.
